Zane Copeland, Jr., better known as Lil’ Zane, is an American rapper and actor born in Yonkers, New York and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He is best known for his starring roles in the films Dr. Dolittle 2, Finding Forrester, Cuttin’ da Mustard, Motives and for his debut album Young World: The Future, which featured the single, “Callin’ Me” featuring 112. The album debuted at #25 on the Billboard Top 200 with 40,000 copies sold in the first week. The album peaked at #4 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. In 2010, he made a special appearance at the 10 year anniversary of 106 & Park in Los Angeles with Ray J & Tony Marsley also known as AK. In March 2010, Zane was featured on We Are The World: The Next Generation. At present, it has well over 2,000,000 views on YouTube. In March 2016, Zane announced that the lead single from his upcoming project will be entitled, “Don’t Spill My Liquor” and he is working on his upcoming LP “Liquor and Friends” with sponsorship from SK Liquor a new spirit owned by Atlantic Records recording artist Trey Songz and multi-platinum R&B recording artist Case.
